Pricing & Payment

Our service call is $89. It includes a complete tune-up and a written Maintenance & Inspection Report: a certified technician inspects every component of your door and opener system, rates each one Green, Yellow, or Red, and handles adjustments and lubrication on the spot. If a repair requires parts, it is priced separately and added, and you approve the exact total in writing before anything begins. Some components can't be fully inspected until a repair is complete. Once the work is done, your technician finishes the inspection and confirms the whole system is operating the way it should, so there are no surprises after we leave. Some companies charge a fee just to send a truck. Our service call is different: the tune-up, adjustments, and inspection report are performed on every visit, so it's never waived and the price always buys real work. For Concierge Plan members, one visit each year is included: use it as your annual tune-up or as a service call.
We do things the right way, not the easy way. Replacing the broken part is the easy way. The right way is making sure you won't be calling us again next month: while we're there, a certified technician tunes up your entire system, inspects every component, and hands you a written report of exactly where your door stands. Fixing the problem you called about is the minimum. Leaving you with a door we'd put our name on is the standard. And because we're that thorough, every tune-up is backed by our No Breakdown Guarantee: if a component that passed inspection fails within 12 months, we credit $100 toward the repair.
Depends on what needs to be fixed. Repair prices are added to the $89 service call, and your exact total is approved in writing before any work begins.
Single car doors typically run $1,200–$3,500 installed. Double car doors run $1,800–$5,000+ installed. Everything included — tracks, springs, rollers, haul-away, and cleanup.

Yes — through ServiceFinance Company, LLC. No payments, no interest for up to 12 months on qualifying installations. Subject to credit approval.
Yes. After hours visits carry an additional premium on top of the standard $89 service call. We always confirm pricing before any work begins.
We accept all major credit cards, check, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of work.

Repairs & Service

Don’t force it. Pull the red manual release cord on your opener to disconnect it and try lifting by hand. If it feels very heavy — stop and call us.
Check that nothing is blocking the safety sensors at the bottom of the door. If sensors look clear and the door still won’t close — call us.
We strongly recommend against anything involving springs or cables. Garage door springs are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury.
1-year parts and labor on all repairs. 3-year on torsion spring replacements. 5-year on rebuilds. 7-year on new door installations.
We prioritize same-day service whenever our schedule allows. For emergencies call (603) 713-5110 directly.
If your garage door breaks down within 12 months of your tune-up on components that passed inspection — we credit $100 toward the repair.

Springs

Custom powder-coated torsion springs rated for 40,000+ cycles — 4X the industry standard — backed by a 3-year warranty. Every spring sized to your door’s exact weight and branded with our name.
Almost always yes. Both springs have the same age and cycle count. Replacing both is more economical than a second service call.
